Hi, I’m Sally. I am a multidisciplinary Arabic Executive Creative Director with an eye and a passion for the details. In my 20 years in Dubai, I have acquired a deep understanding of advertising in the Middle East in ATL, digital and social, developing successful locally relevant campaigns. I started my career in JWT Dubai, in 2004, where I spent 6 years working on a broad range of projects for a variety of the agency's clients. Before re-joining JWT, now Wunderman Thompson, in early 2015, I’ve spent some time at TBWA and OgilvyOne Dubai, where I broadened my experience, especially in the digital creative space.

During my career I handled brands such as L’Oréal, Royal Opera House Muscat, Harvey Nichols, Bayer, Abbott, Dubai Tourism, Nestlé, Damas, Unilever, Coke, IBM, RSA, Al Dar, Henkel, Heinz, Pfizer, Dubai Tourism, Carrefour…  

On the side, I like baking, day dreaming about opening my own bakery, exercising and my dogs.

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Selected to participate in Wunderman Thompson’s 2019 Global Pass It On retreat aimed at rising women leaders at Wunderman Thompson who were chosen based on their ability to assume greater responsibility and influence at the agency.

Worked with a committee, set up by the Advertising Business Group, on drafting a code that will assist with Gender Unstereotyping across advertising in MENA, within creative agencies & advertisers.
